Unlike the MediaTek-powered smartphone launched in China last year, the variant launched today is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 650 chipset.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 specifications and features: The smartphone features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 16-mgapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, fingerprint sensor and an IR Blaster.
